I have always wanted to buy her something special, and I knew it was time to make a move. She loves this watch, and so do I. The service was top-notch. I'll be back to purchase a watch for myself. Reviewed by Sherry on 2010-10-06 03:55:13 showroom condition! I understand that not everyone likes pre-owned stuff, but I think Melrose would change a lot of people's minds. I asked the customer service rep about the condition of the pre-owned watches. He explained that each goes through a strict refurbishing process and is restored to practically showroom condition.
