When I first called Melrose, I was disappointed to hear all the Rolexes were pre-owned. But the customer service rep I spoke with assured me that all the watches go through a strict refurbishing process and that mine would show up in my hands in mint condition. The Rolex did indeed show up at my door looking good enough to be presented in a showroom! I commend Melrose on a job well done.
