Half the time, the item is never as it was described to be, and a lot of the time, it takes awhile to ship. But not in the case of Melrose. My son's wedding gift arrived within three days, and the watch was in mint condition, as the customer service agent stated. I'll definitely be doing business with Melrose again, but I'll most likely be perusing the ladies section!
