I did it all through diet and exercise, and it took me two and a half years. The final year I promised myself I would purchase a nice watch for myself if I was successful...and I was successful! I am extremely pleased with this beautiful timepiece and with myself. I had some reservations about buying a used watch but when I called and spoke to Jon your customer service person, I felt really comfortable about the purchase. Very happy.
