One of his buddies told him about Melrose Jewelers. My father loved the idea on getting a great deal but not on making such a major purchase online. He wasn't too familiar with online shopping and was hesitant about having his credit card online. I guided him through the process. The transaction was smooth. The next morning he couldn't believe the amount of style the Rolex has. He now feels very secure about shopping online.
